METHOD of PAYMENT

We use PAYPAL as payment option – the safer, easier way to pay.

PAYPAL is an Online money transfer service which allows to send, receive and hold funds in 24 currencies world wide as well as pay for goods purchased on the Internet safely and securely..

It is free for consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card & debit card.  With PAYPAL you can pay conveniently, quickly and safely when shopping online. 

PRICING

All our prices are calculated in US American Dollars.  On each page of the website you will find a currency converter tool which will help you to convert your Rands into Dollars and vice versa.

Our prices are calculated according to the type of product (rug, tapestry etc.) as well as the design’s level of difficulty and complexity.  The finer the weave and the more intricate and complicated the design the more costly and valuable the product becomes.

ITEMS SHOP BOUGHT

After your order and payment has been received the required item will be packed and shipped according to your instructions (See under Shipping & Postage).

ITEMS MADE TO ORDER

For custom made orders a deposit of 50% of the total purchase price will be charged. In the case of a special request/design being very complex and intricate an additional design fee of 10% will be applicable.  Once your order has been received and payment of deposit has been made by you our weaverbird will commence work on your rug or tapestry.

When you order is completed it will then be shipped according to your instructions (See under Shipping & Postage).

SHIPPING & POSTAGE

We deliver country wide and internationally.   All our shipping/transport charges are incl. VAT.

NATIONAL

Sending purchased items within South Africa is done by using the SA Postal Service.  Delivery will take between 3-7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Sending purchased items internationally is done by Surface Mail which takes 5-8 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE

In both scenarios, national and international, you have the option of a faster delivery service like  DHL, FEDEX, FAST COURIER or AIR FREIGHT.  Should you wish to use one of those mentioned, please, let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.
